Tumbling ( Boys and Girls ages 6 & older): A fun alternative to the traditional apparatus style of gymnastics. It's just you and the floor! GAR's tumbling program is simply the finest program available in the USA today. Our coaching staff has developed more local, state, national and world champions than any program in existence today. So, whether you are tumbling for fun or aspiring to be the best in the world, we have a place for you!
Junior Jumpers (Classes located in the big gym)

Ages 4-6 and 5-7 years
- Student/Teacher Ratio 6:1
- Classes are in Main Gym
- Must be completely potty trained
This class incorporates both tumbling and trampoline fundamentals, one complimenting the other.
Level 1 Beginner Tumbling
- Ages 6 & older
- Student/Teacher Ratio 7:1
Our beginning level 1 is an introductory level for new students who would like to learn the basic fundamentals of tumbling.
Level 2 Novice Tumbling
- Ages 6 & older
- Student/Teacher Ratio 7:1
The Level 2 course is open to students who can successfully perform the following skills without assistance: knowledge of body positions, series of cartwheels, roundoffs, handstand to bridge, and standing back bend.
Level 3 Intermediate Tumbling
- Ages 6 & older
- Student/Teacher Ratio 7:1
The Level 3 course is open to students who can successfully perform the following skills without assistance: round-off, front limber , backbend kickover and working knowledge of a flip-flop.
Level 4 Advanced Tumbling
- Ages 6 & older
- Student/Teacher Ratio 10:1
Our advanced tumbling class is open to students who can successfully perform the following skills without spot:
standing flip-flop, round-off, flip-flop and front handspring.
Flip-Flop Only/Tumbling For Cheerleaders
- Ages 6 & older
- Student/Teacher Ratio 8:1
Our Flip Flop Only class is geared toward the student who would like to focus on learning a back handspring. This is a great class for the aspiring cheerleader! Students must be able to perform a cartwheel and handstand and a standing backbend without assistance.
Pre-Team Tumbling (Beginner Tumbling Team)
- By recommendation only
- Ages 5 & older
- Student/Teacher Ratio 7:1
- This is an accelerated class which gears students toward future competition.
