Since 1977, GAR has been developing quality athletic programs for the Northern Illinois community.  Knowing that you value the quality of your child's well-rounded education, we are proud to offer a curriculum specifically designed for today's home school families in order to complete your child's physical education program

Our 15-week session consists of classes in: gymnastics, tumbling, trampoline, strength & flexibility and a visit to GAR's Club XRKade.  On the final week, we will have an exhibition that highlights the skills your child has developed.
