Saturday - 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Super Birthday Parties At the Gymnastic Academy of Rockford & Backyard Adventures
Treat yourself and your kids to a unique birthday experience that will long be remembered! Parties are 2 hours in length. The kids will have 40 minutes of structured, supervised gymnastics fun with games, activities, obstacle courses that include all the events in the gym. Set-ups are age appropriate. 40 minutes of Backyard Adventure play time. Children will be able to swing, slide, climb, shoot hoops, explore and so much more on our Backyard Adventures play sets. A little bit of free time is included to try out all of the accessories. Backyard Adventures is a family company with family in mind. The remaining 40 minutes is for cake and gifts! GAR provides invitations. You provide all paper goods, decorations, food and drink. GAR's staff will set up, supervise in the gym, serve food and clean up. We do it all! Parents just sit back and relax! Parties are held on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Cost: 1-10 children for 120 minutes $200.00 (the birthday child is free) Each additional child $15.00 each.
NEW 4 HOUR BIRTHDAY PARTY AVAILABLE!!!
Start your 4 hour birthday party in the Backyard Adventures for 40 minutes, spend 2 hours and 20 minutes in the gym or in the Backyard, and the last 40 minutes in your private party room in the Backyard Adventures. Available times for the 4 hour parties are: Saturdays from 2:40 - 6:40 pm and Sundays from 4:20 - 8:20 pm. Please call GAR at 815-654-3867 to reserve your party. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit must be paid at the time of reservation.
Cost for a 4 hour party is $395.00 (up to 25 kids) and each additional child is $15.00 each.

Parent's Night Out Parties
Come celebrate with us during Parent's Night Out for an hour and 45 minutes. Enjoy 75 minutes of fun-filled play while allowing 30 minutes for your party in one of our private party rooms. Saturdays 6:00 - 7:45 pm or 8:00 pm - 9:45 pm. Cost: $10.00 per guest

Kyle and Missy both greeted us at the door upon arrival and promptly offered to help bring in all the gifts and party supplies. Missy took care of setting up the party room with the decorations we brought and Kyle entertained the party guests by performing on the trampoline. We had our son's 9th birthday party at Backyard Adventures/ GAR and we just wanted to thank you for a positive life-long memory William will now have. Not only did he think it was a great time, we heard many of his friends yelling to each other "This is awesome!" and one friend told his mom it was the best party ever. To us as parents, it was also a positive experience. Since we had two party assistants, we could witness our son's happiness rather than trying to keep the rambunctious kids in line. It was obvious the assistants knew how to keep the boys active and having fun but also following safety rules. Thanks for our first, but not last, wonderful party at your facility!

the bill perfectly! There was so much to do and the party flowed perfectly thanks to the many fun and exciting activities, but also due to the 2 party coordinators/helpers. They really went over and above in unique ways that
most other facilities don't offer, including writing down a log of all the gifts so we parents could enjoy the moment.
