Whether you are just starting out, preparing for tryouts or refining your skills during the season, GAR's Cheerleading classes will be your constant source for improvement. Our recreational program at GAR provides you the quality cheerleading coaching that yoy would expect from an award-winning program. Our recreational classes are coached to prepare your child to be a well-rounded cheerleader. So, whether your child just wants to have fun, or compete nationally, their program is the perfect fit. GAR's Cheerleading programs offer a wide variety of stunting, technique and squad development and focuses on developing body positions, voice usage, jumping, motions, and stunting. Cheerleaders will be introduced to forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, halves and extensions, cradles, toe touches, right and left hurkies, and pike jump.

Competition Squads - (By Invitation Only) - Register by calling GAR at 815-654-3867
Mini Team - Ages 5 and Older -- Thursdays 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm -- Saturdays 10:00 am - 11:00 am
Junior Team - Ages 5 and Older -- Wednesdays 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm -- Saturdays 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
